It took me long enough to finally get to the roof of the Slazer tower at the bottom of Madison Ave at 23rd St. Although I question the relative appropriateness of that building architecturally and geographically, the views from the top are unreal. As lame as it was that a little bit of snow shut down NYC all afternoon (it's not my fault people choose to live so far away), I couldn't complain about being able to frolic around Central Park instead. Here is a sampling of my shots.
More and higher res photos can be found on my Picasa.
If it wasn't for the fact that the Upper East Side is littered with old people, we wouldn't have such attention for keeping the sidewalks clear. Thanks, old people.
Also, look at this teamwork right here. Way to go, boys!

It's risky enough that people leave their dogs tied up to poles while they run into the store. It's even riskier to tie it to my bike.
Do people really assume that I'm perfectly content untying the stupid thing and retying it back up? Who do they think I am? Why not just tie it to the pole? What is the thought process here? Is their any?
And what are those sorry excuses for legs. This dog belongs on http://www.fupenguin.com/...
